Your files are uploaded directly to our inhouse secure FTP server. All MAC files must be stuffed in an .sit format and PC files must be a .zip format to alleviate corruption. Our server connects through a T1 on a Linux based operating system.

We can also set up private FTP accounts if you prefer to use 3rd party FTP client software such as CoffeeFTP, Cute FTP [Windows users] or Fetch, Transmit, etc [Mac users]. Just call 800-829-7720 or email support@zodiacink.com with your request.
